BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 8/11/22, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET, SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH
appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 10/22/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P.M., the following described property, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PORTION OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, means, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining thereto, situated in ADDENDUM NO. 3 to BROADMOOR SUBDIVISION in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, on the left descending bank of Bayou Terrebonne, about three (3) miles above the City of Houma, being known and designated on a plan of said Addendum No. 3 to Broadmoor Subdivision made by E.M. Collier, Surveyor, dated February 8, 1957, and on file in the office of the Clerk of Court of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, under Entry No. 163026, Map No. 724 as all of LOT NO. SIXTEEN (16) and the West one-half of LOT NO. SEVENTEEN (17) of Block B, said lot and a half are contiguous and together will form one parcel of real estate, measuring a front of Ninety-Nine (99') feet on the North side of Broadmoor Avenue by a depth of One Hundred Fifteen (115') feet between equal and parallel lines a width of Ninety-Nine (99') feet on its northern boundary line; bounded on the North by other property of Joseph W. Ross, et ux, on the East by remaining portion of Lot No. Seventeen (17), on the West by Lot No. Fifteen (15) of said Block B and on the South by Broadmoor Avenue; subject to restrictions, servitudes,
rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
