That Section 17.08.010 Codes adopted, is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 17.08.010 – Codes adopted. (a) The following codes as adopted by the State of Wisconsin are by reference made a part of the City fire prevention code along with any subsequent amendments and/or revisions thereto also adopted by the State of Wisconsin: (a1) SPS 305 - Licenses, Certifications and Regulations; (b2) SPS 307 - Explosives and Fireworks; (c3) SPS 314 - Fire Prevention; (d4) SPS 316 - Electrical; (e5) SPS 318 - Elevators, Escalators and Lift Devices; (f6) SPS 328 - Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors; (g7) SPS 330 - Fire Department Safety and Health; (h8) SPS 361-366 Commercial Building Code; (i9) SPS 375-379 Buildings Constructed Prior to 1914; (j) NFPA 1 - Fire Prevention Code; (k10) NFPA 54 - National Fuel Gas Code; and (l11) NFPA 58 - Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code. (b) The following code is by reference made a part of the City fire prevention code, along with any subsequent amendments and/or revisions thereto, as issued by the National Fire Protection Association, without requiring further action or adoption by the State of Wisconsin: (1) NFPA 1 – Fire Prevention Code - 2024 Section 2.
