TO: 405 WARREN LLC
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 28TH day of August, 2025, the Superior Court fixed October 27, 2025, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the City of Beverly located at Municipal Building, 446 Broad Street, Beverly, New Jersey, 08010 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #22-00033 dated December 28, 2022, made by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Beverly, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey and recorded in the office of the Burlington County Clerk/Register in mortgage book OR13652, page 5362; and covers real estate located at 405 Warren St, Beverly, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey known as Block 1055, Lot 6 on the tax duplicate of the City of Beverly, and assessed to 405 Warren LLC. Total amount required to redeem is $28,461.43, together with interest from August 7, 2025, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
