Teasley aka Willie Teasley, Sr., whose last place of residence is known as 1738 Superior Avenue, Canton, OH 44705 but whose present place of residence is unknown, The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Diane Teasley, whose last place of residence is unknown, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Harriet Ann Teasley, whose last place of residence is known as 3007 Rem Circle NE, Canton, OH 44705 but whose present place of residence is unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Harriet Ann Teasley, whose last place of residence is known as 3007 Rem Circle NE, Canton, OH 44705 but whose present place of residence is unknown, Classie Nichole Hawthorne, whose last place of residence is known as 1351 Maryland Ave SW, Canton, OH 44710 but whose present place of residence is unknown, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Classie Nichole Hawthorne, whose last place of residence is known as 1351 Maryland Ave SW, Canton, OH 44710 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 11, 2025, U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Indenture Trustee of CIM Trust 2025-NR1, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 2025CV01303 in the Court of Common Pleas Stark County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Willie Calvin Teasley aka Willie C. Teasley aka Willie Teasley, Sr., Unknown Spouse, if any, of Willie Calvin Teasley aka Willie C. Teasley aka Willie Teasley, Sr., The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Diane Teasley, Harriet Ann Teasley, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Harriet Ann Teasley, Classie Nichole Hawthorne, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Classie Nichole Hawthorne, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate located at 1738 Superior Avenue, Canton, OH 44705, PPN #231362. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Stark County Auditor’s Office located at Stark County Office Bldg, 110 Central Plaza South, Suite 220, Canton, OH 44702.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
