PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE YARMOUTH PLANNING BOARD The Yarmouth Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 5:30 P.M. in the Hearing Room of the Yarmouth Town Offices, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, and via remote access at https://us02web.zoom.us/J/89836415124 or via telephone at (301) 715 8592 and entering webinar ID 898 3641 5124, to receive public comment on the draft Local Comprehensive Plan (LCP) for the Town of Yarmouth. The Local Comprehensive Plan establishes a long-range vision for the Town’s growth and development over the next 10 years. The plan includes goals and targeted actions related to environmental resources and open space, community design and land use, transportation, coastal resiliency and sustainability, waste management, capital improvements, community character and cultural heritage, economy, housing, town services, and recreation. A copy of the full draft Local Comprehensive Plan is available for review at the Planning Division, Yarmouth Town Offices, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, during business hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and on the Town of Yarmouth website at www.yarmouth.ma.us/LCP Any person interested in or wishing to be heard regarding the draft Local Comprehensive Plan should appear at the time and place designated.
