Worcester Community Hou-sing Resources Inc., applied to the Planning Board seeking Site Plan Review under the requirements of the City of Worcester Zoning Ordinance. Presently on the pre-mises is a vacant lot. The property is split zoned, partially located in each an RG-5 (Residence, General) and a BL-1.0 (Business, Limited) zoning district and partially located within the Commercial Corridors Overlay District – Elsewhere (CCOD-E). The applicant seeks to construct 4 dwel-ling units (aka “tiny homes”) and to conduct associated site improvements (PB-2025-074).
