UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP   ZONING HEARING BOARD   Take notice that the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Upper Southampton Township First Floor Meeting Room, 939 Street Road, Southampton, PA, on the appeal of Michael & Lauren Thompson (25-08), regarding Tax Parcel No. 48-014-021, located at 1262 Hiview Drive, in the R-3, Residential Zoning District of Upper Southampton Township. Applicants seek to demolish an existing sunroom and patio, and construct, to the rear of the existing single-family dwelling, a 40 ft x 16 ft one-story addition and a 10 ft x 16 ft patio. The proposed addition results in impervious surface coverage greater that the 25% permitted and a side yard of less than the ten (10) feet required , and 25 feet in the aggregate, pursuant to §185-22 of the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance. Applicants also assert multiple dimensional nonconformities. Any interested citizen may appear and be heard.
