TO: TRANSCEA BIBLE CHURCH
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 9th day of September, 2025, the Superior Court fixed November 12, 2025, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the Township of Eastampton located at 12 Manor House Court, Mount Holly, New Jersey, 08060 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #22-00001 dated December 30, 2022, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Township of Eastampton, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey and recorded in the office of the Burlington County Clerk/Register in mortgage book OR13664, page 827 and covers real estate located at 1341 Monmouth Rd, Eastampton, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey known as Block 300, Lot 35 on the tax duplicate of the Township of Eastampton, and assessed to Transcea Bible Church. Total amount required to redeem is $8,945.51, together with interest from August 29, 2025, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
