NOTICE The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-115 Amending Zoning Map (Paul G Bertler Irrevocable Trust). The ordinance rezones 1.376 acres of land from General Agriculture (GA) District to Rural Residential (RR) District, and rezone 3.981 acres of land from General Agriculture (GA) District to Small Estate (SE) District in the Town of Mishicot. The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-116 Amending Zoning Map (Hatleli). The ordinance rezones 10.14 acres of land from Exclusive Agriculture (EA) District to General Agriculture (GA) in the Town of Kossuth. These ordinances were enacted at the September 16, 2025 County Board session.
