Board of Appeals
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Empire Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing to consider the request from Christopher Kraus for a variance to the Town of Empire Zoning Ordinance for property located at N6436 Tower Rd.
The request concerns the 100ft setback requirement from the center of the roadway. Mr. Kraus is seeking a variance to construct an attached garage in the same location as the previously existing detached garage, which had a set back of 77ft.
The hearing will be held at 6:30p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4th Street Road.
