The Plymouth Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the 1820 Court Room, 26 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 7:05 p.m. to hear the petition of Teal Tree Farm Family Trust - Leslie E Plimton Trs for approval of Teal Tree Farm Family Trust requesting a Special Permit under the Town of Plymouth Zoning Bylaw per Section 207-2 for a Rural Residential Development (RDD) to create three (3) residential lots with one (1) existing dwelling on lot and 28.69 acres of open space; and a Special Permit for approval as a sending site for the Transfer of Development Rights (TDR), per Section 205-70 on property of the land situated on 240 Halfway Pond Road and Halfway Pond Road located in an RR Zone shown on Map 111 as Lot 4 and Lot 5D. The proposed project is shown on plans entitled "Plan of Land" dated July 18, 2025 and "Preliminary Subdivision Plan for TDR App" dated August 21, 2025, located at 240 HALFWAY POND RD; Parcel 111-000-004-000 111-000-004-004E, 004F, 004G 111-000-005-005E, 005F, 005G in the RR Zoning District.
