The premises described in the mortgage will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on October 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in a mortgage by Perrin Tellock dated December 21, 2021 and recorded with the City of Pawtucket Land Evidence Records at Book L4806, Page 80 and Said Mortgage also recorded with the City of Providence Land Evidence Records in Book 13412, Page 98, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
TERMS OF SALE:
