By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 08/19/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 10/22/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
That certain piece or portion of ground, situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, at about 12 miles below the City of Thibodaux, Louisiana, being lot one of block 6 of Quadheir Estates, said lot measures 200 feet in width fronting on Plaisance Drive and 200.02 feet in width on its rear line by a depth of 104.49 feet along Ivy Street and by a depth of 101.52 feet on its sideline separating Lot 1 of Block 6 by Quadheir Estates from Lot 2 of Block 6 of Quadheir Estates and is bounded in the front or west by Plaisance Drive, in the rear or east by property now or formerly belonging to Ozelia Richard on the side towards Bayou Lafourche or north by Ivy Street, and on the side towards the forty arpent line or south by Lot 2 of Block 6 of Quadheir Estates.
All as more fully shown on plat of survey by Lucien C. Gassen, Registered Land Surveyor, a copy of which is recorded at entry no. 545565 on July 30, 1981.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $111791.70 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
