Notice is hereby given that the Ledgeview Town Board enacted the following on September 02, 2025:/ Ordinance O-2025-010; Approve the annual renewal of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Suann Dombrowicki of Rose Garden Kennels allowing operations of a dog kennel at Parcel D-37-1-2 at 2263 Greenleaf Rd./ Ordinance O-2025-011; Amend Chapter 135-18.6 Accessory Dwelling Units. / Ordinance O-2025-012; Amend the PDD located at parcel D-113 at 3382 Kewaunee Rd./ Resolution R-2025-038: Preliminary resolution declaring intent to exercise special assessments for road reconstruction and installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and storm sewer beginning at the intersection of Bower Creek Road and Red Hawk Landing Trail and proceeding north on Bower Creek Road to a point 515 feet north on Bower Creek Road./ Resolution R-2024-040; Allowing the Town to apply for the 2026 DNR Urban Foresty Grant./ Resolution R-2025-042; Approving amendment #2 to the 2025 Fee schedule./ Ledgeview Sanitary District No. 2 enacted the following on September 03, 2025:/ Resolution R-2025-039; Preliminary resolution declaring intent to exercise special assessments powers under section 66.0703, Wisconsin statues for water main and sanitary sewer installation including engineering and administration on bower creek road beginning at Red Hawk Landing Trail and proceeding north along Bower Creek Road 1,350 feet to the Town Line in the Town of Ledgeview./ Ledgeview Zoning and Planning Commission enacted the following on September 10, 2025:/ Resolution R-2025-043: Approval of a Certified Survey Map (CSM) to combine two lots at parcels D-2384 & D-2393 located at 1296 Brayden Lane./ Ledgeview Town Board enacted the following on September 16, 2025:/ Resolution R-2025-036: Approving the Final Plat for Grande Ridge Estates Second Addition Located at Parcels D-2580, D-2573, and D-2574./ Resolution R-2025-044: Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement to Satisfy Eligibility for the WI Recycling Consolidation Grant for 2026./ Resolution R-2025-045: Final Resolution Authorizing and Levying of Special Assessments Against Benefited Property for Installation of Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, and Stormm Sewer, Including Engineering and Administration on Oak Ridge Circle, Beginning 180 feet East of the Intersection of Garrett Street and Oak Ridge Circle and Proceeding East on Oak Ridge Circle to the Intersection with Grande Ridge Drive in the Town of Ledgeview./ Resolution R-2025-046: Preliminary resolution declaring intent to exercise special assessment powers under section 66.0703, Wisconsin Statues, for Road Reconstruction and Installation of Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk and Storm Sewer, Including Engineering and Administration, on Heritage Heights Beginning 1,185 feet from the Intersection of Hyland Court and Heritage Heights and Proceeding 575 feet along Heritage Heights in the Town of Ledgeview. / The full text of the above stated ordinances and resolutions may be obtained at the Clerk's office, located at the Ledgeview Community Center, 3700 Dickinson Road, De Pere, WI 54115 or via the Town's website at www.ledgeview.wi.gov.
