Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed on 17th day of April, 2019 from MARY JOHNSON HAMMETT, an unmarried woman, to METRO BANK, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Alabama, in the amount of SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE AND 02/100 DOLLARS ($72,585.02), being Instrument Number 3482891, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama; and Mortgagee, by reason of such default having declared all of the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage due and payable and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage will sell at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder, in front of the main entrance of the Etowah County Courthouse, Gadsden, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on October 9, 2025, the following described real estate:
Lot Number Fifteen (15) in Eaglemont Estates as shown by map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book “G”, Page 233, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama, and lying and being in Etowah County, Alabama.
This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by the above described Mortgage, and the proceeds thereof will be applied as provided by the terms of said Mortgage.
