Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed on the 2nd day of September, 2022 from DONNY RAY CHAMBLESS, an unmarried man, to METRO BANK, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Alabama, in the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($30,000.00), being Instrument Number 3546562, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama; and Mortgagee, by reason of such default having declared all of the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage due and payable and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage will sell at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder, in front of the main entrance of the Etowah County Courthouse, Gadsden, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on October 9, 2025, the following described real estate:
