The Defendants, Kentrell Taylor and unknown spouse, if any, of Kentrell Taylor, whose last known address is 408 Ertle Ave., N.E., Massillon, OH 44646, Stark County and ; Defendants, Khristopher Conley and unknown spouse, if any, of Khristopher Conley, whose last known address is 702 High Ave., N.W., Canton, OH 44703, Stark County and if the above Defendants are deceased, the unknown widow, widower, devisees, legatees, heirs at law, executors, administrators, assigns and unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs; and Defendant, unknown tenant, if any, of 408 Ertle Ave., N.E., Massillon, OH 44646, Stark County, will please take notice that on the 26th day of June, 2025, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the case for the foreclosure of tax lien encumbering the following property as set forth below:
Known as and being Permanent Parcel Nos. 603943; 603942, located at 408 & VL Ertle Ave., N.E., Massillon, OH 44646, Stark County, further described in the Preliminary Judicial Report filed with the Stark County Clerk of Courts.
This foreclosure proceeding is captioned, Alexander A. Zumbar, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio v. Kentrell Taylor, et al., Case No. 2025CV01441, Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Stark County Courthouse, Canton, Ohio, and requests that this real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes.
You will further take notice that unless you answer the allegations contained in said complaint on or before the (28 days from last day of publication) 31st day of October, 2025, judgment will be taken against you for the foreclosure of said tax lien, sale of property and other relief, together with the costs of this action.
