REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Licensed HVAC Services As Needed proposals will be received by Oakview Venue Group (“OVG”), operator of Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall (“JWBWH”) and the Atlantic City Convention Center (“ACCC’), as managing agent for the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (the “CRDA”) 2301 Boardwalk Atlantic City, New Jersey 08401 for  Licensed HVAC Services As Needed  Request for Proposals forms, contracts and specifications can be obtained on http://www.boardwalkhall.com/business-opportunities/rfps . Sealed proposals must be mailed, presented or delivered to OVG at Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall, 2301 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey 08401, Attn. Clark Hughes. OVG accepts no responsibility for the timeliness of any mail, delivery or courier service. Sealed proposals shall be submitted in the manner prescribed in the Request for Proposals. The sealed envelopes must be labeled “OVG Bids For- Licensed HVAC Services As Needed,” and contain the proposal opening date and respondent’s name and address. Proposals will be received, and opened in public at the Boardwalk Hall, 2301 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey on October 17, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. eastern prevailing time.
