By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF MORTGAGE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 16 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 7, THENCE RUN DUE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 1.749 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN WEST 871.20 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 100 FEET, THENCE RUN EAST 871.20 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID TRACT OF LAND BEING LOT C OF THE LEWIS-WASHINGTON PARTITION AS RECORDED IN REGISTRY NO. 270684, AND BEING SUBJECT TO A ROAD DEDICATION FILED IN REGISTRY NO. 303794, AUGUST 9, 1967.
ALSO INCLUDING THAT CERTAIN 2004 CAVALIER MANUFACTURED HOME, 32 X 80' SERIAL #BC04AL0133706 A/B, WHICH HAS BEEN IMMOBILIZED BY AN AFFIDAVIT OF IMMOBILIZATION RECORDED NOVEMBER 17, 2003, REGISTRY #1890434.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
