BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 22nd day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
LOT TWO (2) of HOLIDAY ESTATES, a subdivision of part of Sections 41 and 44, T4NR2W, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, as shown in Plat Book 13, Page 130, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, said lot fronting 257.4 feet on McKeithen Drive and running back between equal and parallel lines for a distance of 500 feet to the rear; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITHOUT" APPRAISEMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
