BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a AMENDED WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 22nd day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit :
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all improvements located thereon and all rights, ways and privileges thereto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Part of Lot Two (2) of Square Three (3) of the Ozone Heights Addition to the Town of Pineville, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 112 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, fronting 50 feet on the Jefferson Highway (now Military Highway) and running back between parallel lines, one of which is the dividing line between Lot 2 and 3 of said Square 3 of Ozone Heights Addition to the property sold by Eley S. Couvillion to C.W. Brister as per deed recorded in Conveyance Book 143, page 360 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITHOUT" APPRAISEMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
