NOTICE OF HEARING
WINSLOW PLANNING BOARD
Please take notice that the undersigned has applied to the Township of Winslow Planning Board for the following relief:
The applicant Pettinos Solar LLC has requested an extension of all prior land use approvals and specifically Resolution PR 2019-041 dated November 21, 2019. The property is located at: 415 New Freedom Road in Winslow Township and more specifically known as Block 1701; Lot 12.01 on the Township of Winslow's tax map.
Applicant's proposal restores a closed landfill site to productive use by installation of a community solar array providing discounted energy to low-and-moderate income local households.
Resolution PR 2019-041 constituted "Final Major Site Plan" approval. In addition, Applicant received two variances: (1) variance for minimum lot frontage, to permit a lot frontage of 79.19 feet and (2) variance to permit development within the Pinelands within 300 feet of wetlands.
Applicant is completing Resolution Compliance items from Resolution PR 2019-041 and desires to give an update to the Planning Board and, to the extent required by law, request an extension of Resolution PR 2019-041.
A hearing will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the Dominic Maiese Municipal Courtroom located at 125 South Route 73, Braddock, NJ 08037.
