The City of Pleasant Hill Board of Adjustment will meet Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 5:30 PM in the Pleasant Hill Council Chambers, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa.
A variance request to appeal the setback standards of Chapter 167.16(9)A, has been filed by Black River Bells, LLC the contract purchaser(s) of property located at 5295 E University Avenue to allow a building canopy on a proposed Taco Bell restaurant to encroach no more than four feet into the required 30-foot rear yard setback.
