CHANGES TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES
Notice is hereby given that the Schedule of Fees for the Fairfield County Health District has been modified by the Board of Health pursuant to Sections 3709.09, and 3709.21 of the Ohio Revised Code. A series of hearings were held at regularly scheduled Board of Health meetings from July 2025 - September 2025.
Fees were revised for the following Environmental Health programs: Food Service Operations and Retail Food Establishments, Sewage Permits, Re-inspections, Well Sealing Permits, and Water Samples.
Any previous fees in conflict with the revised fees are to be repealed. The remaining existing fees will be unchanged from the previous year. modifications of the Fee Schedule are pursuant to Sections 3709.09, and 3709.21 of the Ohio Revised Code.
The Board of Health sets only the local portion of the fees. Any applicable state fees are set by the state and are in addition to the local fees. The adoption of the modified fees was completed September 10, 2025, by the Fairfield County Board of Health and will take effect October 1, 2025.
