WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Mortgage from Sheri A. Harshaw, an unmarried woman and Walter W. Sturkie, an unmarried man to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS., on the 26th day of May, 2022, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, on May 31, 2022, in Mortgage Book 2022, Page 47871, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama Records, said Mortgage having subsequently been transferred and assigned to loanDepot.com, LLC, by instrument recorded in the aforesaid Probate Office; notice is hereby given that the undersigned loanDepot.com, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse in Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, on November 21, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, to-wit:
LOT 77, FIELD'S CROSSING, PHASE FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2021, AT PAGES 160 AND 161, IN THE PROBATE OFFICE OF TUSCALOOSA COUNTY, ALABAMA.
Said legal description being controlling, however the property is more commonly known as 9420 RANCH CIRCLE, TUSCALOOSA, AL 35405.
