The project involves using conventional high production, large & small mowing and trimming equipment. A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held Thursday, October 09, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., on-site at SFWMD Clewiston Field Station located at 2425 Hookers Point Road Clewiston, FL 33440. All Respondents who wish to respond to this Solicitation must be present and on time at the Conference and Site Visit. Bids will not be accepted from Respondents who either did not attend the Conference and Site Visit or who are more than fifteen (15) minutes late. Work site visits will immediately follow the Conference and may include travel through rough terrain and remote and heavy vegetative areas.
