Please be advised that this notice is being provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12 to inform you that an Application(s) for:
Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval with D variance approval for (i) Use where residential is permitted and mixed-use (residential and ground floor commercial) is proposed (ii) Height where 3 stories and 35 feet are permitted and 4 stories and 43.67 feet are proposed and (iii) Density where 42 units/acre (7 units) are permitted and 139 units/acre (24 Units) are proposed as well as C variance and design waiver approval for (i) Rear Yard Setback where 25% of the lot depth (37.5 feet) are required and 20.10% of the lot (30.17 feet) are proposed and any other variance(s), waiver(s) or exception(s) the Board may deem as required, has been filed with the Jersey City Zoning Board of Adjustments for property located at:
