Site Plan Amendment to case P22-200 with any other variance(s), waiver(s) or exception(s) the Board may deem as required, has been filed with the Jersey City Planning Board for property located at:

The purpose of this application is to: Amend the site plan with the following changes: relocate utility rooms, relocate and reduce the community room, reducing parking count from 69 to 67 spaces, changes to interior layouts, changes to the façade, changes to the roof plan including a reduction of green roof area.
