Williams, whose last place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 28, 2025 HSBC Bank USA, N.A, as Trustee on Behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the Registered Holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-ASAP6, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 2024 CV 01547 in the Court of Common Pleas Licking County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Rykita J. Williams and Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Rykita J. Williams, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 122 Spring Flower Way, Etna, OH 43062, PPN #010-016728-00.024. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
