TOWNSHIP OF BERKELEY PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:30 p.m. on the 8th day of October, 2025 in the Municipal Building of the Township of Berkeley, 627 Pinewald-Keswick Road, Bayville, New Jersey, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. The premises in question is located in the R-64 Zone, Block 1541, Lots 74 and 75, commonly known as 246 North Bay Drive, Berkeley Township, New Jersey.
