By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Delaware County, Indiana, in cause No. 18C05-2503-MF-000035, wherein NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing was Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs at Law and Devisees of Stephanie A. Dalcher a/k/a Stephanie Dalcher a/k/a Stephanie Stephanie Ann Dalcher a/k/a Stephanie Ann Parker a/k/ Stephanie Parker, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Unknown Occupant were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12th day of November, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Delaware County, Indiana:
LOT NUMBER SEVENTY-FIVE (75) AND THE WEST HALF OF LOT NUMBER SEVENTY-FOUR (74) IN UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS RE-PLAT, A PLAT OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 66 OF THE RECORDS OF PLATS OF DELAWARE COUNTY, INDIANA.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
