NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS, WISCONSIN
REZONING
There will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS on October 20, 2025 at 6:30 PM or as close to that time as possible, in the MENOMONEE FALLS BOARD ROOM (Room 2245) located at W156N8480 Pilgrim Road.
The public hearing is being held to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the petition of BEN LANG, VH ACQUISITIONS, LLC, for JAMES AND CASSANDRA FOMOLO AND SCOTT AND MARY MERRIMAN owned lands at W204N6793 Lannon Road and N64W20780 Mill Road to rezone lands from the A-1 Agricultural District to the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District and SW Shoreland Wetlands and creating the HILLTOP GROVE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT.
The subject lands are identified by Tax Key Numbers 76.993.001 and 76.995 and legally described as:
Part of the Northeast 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 8 North, Range 20 East, Village of Menomonee Falls, Waukesha County, Wisconsin being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 19; thence South 00°-36'-02" West along the East line of said Southeast 1/4, a distance of 2,661.08 feet to the Southeast corner of said Southeast 1/4; thence South 88°-43'-48" West along the South line of said Southeast 1/4, a distance of 332.20 feet to the Southeast corner of Certified Survey Map No. 1234, recorded in Volume 8 of Certified Survey Maps on Pages 163-165 in the Waukesha County Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 766299; thence North 00°-32'-44" East along the East line of said Certified Survey Map, a distance of 395.20 feet to the Northeast corner of said Certified Survey Map; thence South 88°-43'-48" West along the North line of said Certified Survey Map, a distance of 330.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Certified Survey Map; thence South 00°-32'-44" West along the West line of said Certified Survey Map, a distance of 395.20 feet to the South line of said Southeast 1/4; thence South 88°-43'-48" West along said South line, a distance of 277.10 feet to Southeast corner of lands described in a Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 792 of Deeds on Page 369 in the Waukesha County Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 490320; thence North 01°-16'-12" West along the East line of said described lands, a distance of 330.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said described lands; thence South 88°-43'-48" West along the North line of said described lands, a distance of 150.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said described lands; thence South 01°-16'-12" East along the West line of said described lands, a distance of 330.00 feet to the South line of said Southeast 1/4; thence South 88°-43'-48" West along said South line, a distance of 235.11 feet; thence North 00°-29'-26" East along the West line of the East 1/2 of said Southeast 1/4, a distance of 2,653.20 feet to the North line of said Southeast 1/4; thence North 88°-23'-52" East along the North line of said Southeast 1/4, a distance of 1,329.78 feet to the point of beginning and containing 76.774 acres (3,344,294 sq. ft.) of land more or less. The subject lands contain 76.77 acres, of which 66.66 acres are developable.
