Placella dated August 3, 1988 and recorded in the City of Cranston Land Evidence Records in Book 639, Page 2, as modified by a certain modification agreement recorded on April 11, 2018, and recorded with said records in Book 5575, Page 64, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken. Said sale will be subject to court approval.
