NOTICE TO BIDDERS THE PENNSBURY SCHOOL DISTRICT IS SEEKING BIDS ON: Food Service Equipment/District-Wide BID#2526-091 Sealed bids will be accepted at the Pennsbury School District Administrative Office, 134 Yardley Avenue, Fallsington, PA 19054 until 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read. Bids must be delivered to the Purchasing Department, clearly marked with the bid name and number. Bid documents will be available by contacting the Purchasing Department, swaterson@pennsburysd.org. All interested bidders MUST attend a mandatory meeting of the project beginning at Afton Elementary School, 1673 Quarry Road, Yardley, PA 19067 on Thursday, October 2nd, 2025, at 8 AM. This meeting will include site surveys for all the schools included in this district wide project/bid. There are 2 high schools, 3 middle schools and 9 elementary schools in total. All questions regarding scheduling, etc. must be directed to George Steill, the Director of Facilities, gsteill@pennsburysd.org.
