REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CEMETERY MASTER PLAN FOR THE CITY OF FERNLEY, NEVADA The City of Fernley, Nevada is requesting proposals from professional consulting firms to provide professional services in developing a master plan for the Fernley Desert Memorial Garden Cemetery in Fernley, Nevada. The purpose of the master plan is to provide guidance for preservation, future development, and on-going maintenance of the cemetery. The primary objective of the project will be to produce a master plan and long-term vision for the City’s cemetery.
