PLACE: The Common Council Chambers at the Franklin City Hall, 9229 W Loomis Rd, Franklin, WI 53132.
APPLICANT: Nicholas Banach

PROPOSAL: The application requests a Variance to allow for a reduced interior side yard setback of 5 feet for the installation of a shed, impeding the R-SR minimum side yard setback of 10 feet. Accessory structures like sheds are allowed to be 5 feet from side yard lot lines, but only when the structure is completely within the rear yard setback, which this proposed shed will not be.

This public hearing is being held pursuant to the requirements of § 62.23(7)(e) of the Wis. Stat. and Div. 15-9-07 of the city's Unified Development Ordinance.
