NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (in Rem) signed September 16, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 35-2024-CA-002247-AXXX-01 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and DAVID CARTER; BRANDI BAILEY; KRIS BAILEY, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the first floor near the information desk, Lake County Courthouse, Lake County Judicial Center, 550 W. Main Street, Tavares, FL 32778 at 11:00 AM, on the 18th day of November, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 19 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, IN LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTH 88°55'10" WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 25 A DISTANCE OF 3070 FEET, RUN THENCE NORTH 01°08'58" EAST TO A POINT THAT IS 132 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 25 AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE NORTH 01°08'58" EAST TO A POINT THAT IS 232 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 25, RUN THENCE WEST 180.99 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF COVE ROAD, RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF COVE ROAD TO A POINT THAT IS 132 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 25, RUN THENCE EAST 180.73 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING A PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT 5.
