LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Hearing is scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Paupack Township Municipal Building, Lakeville, PA, to consider the following request ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR AT THE HEARING The CONDITIONAL USE Hearing to be conducted at the Paupack Township Municipal Building, located at 25 Daniels Road, Lakeville, PA on Thursday October 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. is a request by the property owner to add the Short-Term Rental use to the Single- Family Dwelling located at 67 S Shore Dr. Lake Ariel, PA being Tax Map parcel 19-0-0008-0020. The applicant is seeking Conditional Use Approval per Article VI, Section 125-57 of the Paupack Township Zoning Ordinance as amended. The application as submitted for this CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION is available for public review at the Paupack Township Municipal Building located on Daniels Road in Lakeville, during regular Township Office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and I:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
