PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

In accordance with the Town of Bellingham’s Zoning By-Laws §240-16, Development Plan Approval and §240-54, Stormwater Management, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Arcand Meeting Room in the Municipal Center located at 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA 02019.
The applicant and owners, Marek G. & Nicole M. Rutkowski provided a plan set entitled, “Site Plan 0 Mechanic Street (formerly 79 Mechanic Street)”, prepared by D & L Design Group, dated July 31, 2025, proposing to construct a one (1) story, 6,000 sq. ft. building to be used as an animal kennel, grooming facility and dog care business zoned B-1. The approximately 0.94 parcel is identified as Map 50 Parcel 84.
The plans were prepared by D & L Design Group., 115 Water Street, Suite 101, Milford, MA 01757. The applications and plans may be viewed at the Planning and Zoning Office or Town Clerk’s office in the Municipal Center, 10 Mechanic Street in Bellingham, MA during regular Municipal Center business hours.
