This hearing will be held in the Toomey Room, Danvers Town Hall, 1 Sylvan Street, Danvers, Massachusetts and can be attended virtually. Said hearing is relative to a request for Site Plan Review and a Waiver submitted by Demakes Propco, LLC for property at 18 Electronics Avenue (Map 32, Lot 049), pursuant to Section 4 “Site Plan Review” and Section 10.1.D “Parking Waiver” of the Zoning Bylaw. Said property is in the Industrial II (I-2) zoning district. The applicant is proposing to construct an approximately 1,800 square foot sewage treatment building with associated site modifications.
