NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ALACHUA COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY Public Notice is hereby given that the Alachua County Housing Finance Authority (the "Authority") will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 10:15 a.m., at Community Support Services, CSO Conference Room A, 218 SE 24th Street, Gainesville, FL 32641, in accordance with the Tax Equity Fiscal Responsibility Act ("TEFRA") on the proposed issuance by the Authority of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $19,000,000 for purposes of financing the Project referenced below.
