STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO: BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TOWNSHIP OF BERKELEY, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey; UNKNOWN OWNERS OR CLAIMANTS, his or her heirs, devisees and personal representatives and his, hers, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; and the STATE OF NEW JERSEY. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to serve upon David B. Venino, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Boston Boulevard, Sea Girt, New Jersey 08750-0024, Tel. No. (732) 449-2153, an Answer to the Complaint filed in a civil action in which Breckenridge Properties, LLC, etc. is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, NA, et al. are the Defendants, now pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey. The plaintiff has filed a lawsuit against you for the purpose of quieting title to certain lands and premises known and designated as Block 791, Lots 4 to 8, 10, 12; Block 791, Lots 18, 20 to 29, 31; Block 798, Lots 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31; Block 798, Lots 33 to 44; Block 799, Lots 34, 36, 41 to 44; and Block 805, Lots 25 to 36 on the current tax map of Berkeley Township, Ocean County, New Jersey, as more particularly described in the plaintiff's complaint. A copy of the plaintiff's complaint will be provided to you upon request. If you dispute this complaint, you or your attorney must file a written answer or motion and proof of service with the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court within 35 days after the date of the publication of this Notice, exclusive of such date of publication. The address of the Deputy Clerk is: Superior Court, Ocean County Court House, General Equity Division, P.O. Box 2191, Toms River, NJ 08754-2191. A filing fee of $175.00 payable to the Treasurer of the State of New Jersey must accompany your answer or motion when it is filed. The answer or motion should identify this suit by the caption and docket number above. You must also send a copy of your answer or motion to the plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address appear above. A telephone call will not protect your rights. You must file and serve a written answer or motion (with the $175.00 filing fee) if you want the Court to hear your defense. If you do not file and serve a written answer or motion within the 35 days allotted, the Court may enter a judgment against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. If judgment is entered against you, the Sheriff may seize your money, wages or property to satisfy all or part of the judgment. You and each of you are made defendants in the above entitled action because you have, or may claim to have, some right, title, lien or other interest affecting the above identified property by virtue of ownership, inheritance, descent, intestacy, devise, legacy, dower, curtesy, mortgage, deed of conveyance, entry of judgment or some other legal or lawful right.
