NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Davel Engineering and Environmental, Inc., has requested a minor amendment to the 2040 Brown County Urban Service Area Water Quality Plan, an approved 208 Water Quality Management Plan for Brown County. The request proposes to add 4.735 acres to the Village of Hobart's sanitary sewer service area. The purpose of the amendment is to incorporate a parcel into the SSA for expansion of an existing commercial/light industrial development, and to remove an existing onsite sanitary system and connect to public sewer. The subject area is located in the Village of Hobart on Orlando Drive/CTH EE, at 1030 Orlando Drive. (parcel HB 328-4). The Brown County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the amendment request on Monday, October 6th, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. in the Northern Building, Room 391, 305 E. Walnut Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
