LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for: RFP 2025-01, HVAC Preventive Maintenance. The Request for Proposals packets are available by going to SARTA’s website at (www.sartaonline.com/about/doing-business). All vendors must register as a vendor through SARTA’s website to have access to the information packet. Information packets will be available online by September 26, 2025. An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday October 7th at 10:00 am at SARTA’s Main Offices located at 1600 Gateway Blvd SE, Canton, OH 44707. SARTA’s Cornerstone and Belden Village Transit Centers will be available for vendors to view following the pre-bid meeting until 12:00 pm. The Alliance Transit Center will be open for venders to view on October 8th from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. The Massillon Transit Center will be open for vendors to view on October 9th from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.
