By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF MORTGAGE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A TRACT OF LAND IN LOT 11, LAKESIDE TERRACE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF KEITHVILLE, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 700, PAGE 9 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11, THENCE RUN ALONG THE LINE DIVIDING LOTS 11 AND 12 FOR A DISTANCE OF 640.59 FEET, THENCE RUN ON A LINE PARALLEL WITH THE COLQUITT ROAD, A DISTANCE OF 170 FEET TO THE LINE DIVIDING LOTS 10 AND 11, THENCE ALONG THIS LINE DIVIDING LOTS 10 AND 11, FOR A DISTANCE OF 640.59 FEET TO THE COLQUITT ROAD; THENCE ALONG THE COLQUITT ROAD IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION FOR A DISTANCE OF 170 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON WITH GEO #161526001002500.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
