BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 29th day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
Tract 1: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot Twenty-Three (23) of Block (2) KPDR Heights, being part of Lot 3 of partition on Innis Plantation in Section 13, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, all as is more clearly shown on Plat of Survey recorded at Plat Book 7, page 213, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
Bearing municipal address: 1819 Henry Avenue, Alexandria, Louisiana, 71303.
Tract 2: A certain piece, parcel or track of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot Forty-Nine (49) of the third section of the Meadowdale Subdivision as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, page 78, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
Being municipal address: 3217 Cloverland Drive, Pineville, Louisiana 71360.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITH" APPRAISEMENT
