By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Owen County, Indiana, in Cause No. 60C02-2503-MF-000136 wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC was Plaintiff, and Marjorie L. Brown were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 11 day of November, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Owen County, Indiana.
Property located in the State of Indiana, County of Owen, A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 10 North, Range 3 West, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North and South Quarter Quarter Section line where said Section line intersects State Highway numbered 67 and 43, thence Northeast following the said State Highway right of way a distance of 575 feet; thence West 175 feet; thence South 575 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.13 acres, more or less.
A strip of land twenty-five (25) feet in width off of the South end of the following described 5.44 acre tract, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 10 North, Range 3 West; thence East 21 1/2 rods to State Highway Numbered 67 and 43, thence following the said State Highway in a Southwesterly direction to a point where said Highway intersects a West line of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4; thence North on said West line 109 rods to the place of beginning.
