NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS UPPER DUBLIN TOWNSHIP   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Upper Dublin Township Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 6:30pm at the Upper Dublin Library- Shanis Auditorium, located at 520 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034, in order to consider the following:   THE TOWNSHIP WILL CONSIDER FOR ADOPTION AN ORDINANCE DEFINING A VEHICLE DEALER STORAGE LOT USE, AND AMENDING THE PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE FT. WASHINGTON VILLAGE DISTRICT TO PERMIT A VEHICLE DEALER STORAGE LOT USE AND ESTABLISHING BULK AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS THEREFOR   The meeting will be held in the Upper Dublin Public Library, 520 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, and a copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance may be examined free of charge at the information desk in the Township Building, 370 Commerce Drive, Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.   Additional information will be posted on the Township’s website at: www.upperdublin.net/meetings   Citizen participation will occur in two ways. Attend the meeting in person or email questions/comments in advance to meeting@upperdublin.net by 4PM the day of the meeting along with your name and address and the Board/Commission you wish to address.   Once the meeting is completed a video will be posted to the Township’s website within 24 hours under Archives on the same webpage listed above.
