NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 22, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24000220CA, of the Circuit Court of the FIRST Judicial Circuit in and for Walton County, Florida, wherein, SEATTLE BANK is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, AS; RON KELLEY A/K/A RONALD B. KELLEY, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL; JAMES NANCE; DAVID NANCE; DEBRA KAY LOCKHART; RANDALL LOCKHART; CHRISTOPHER JONES A/K/A CHRIS JONES; JOANNA DAVIS; JESSICA ROSE JONES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING START AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WEST 1/2 OF SW1/4 OF SW1/4, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST, RUN THENCE SOUTH 87 DEGREES 48 MINUTES WEST 149 FEET, THENCE N 13 DEGREES 30 MINUTES EAST, 138 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF S 280-A, THENCE SOUTH 76 DEGREES 30 MINUTES EAST TO THE INTERSECTION OF THE AFORESAID SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE WITH THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF WEST 1/2 OF THE SW1/4 OF SW1/4 OF SECTION 7, THENCE SOUTH ALONG EAST BOUNDARY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
