NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON  TEXT AMENDMENT TOWN OF LELAND, NC   Notice is hereby given that the Leland Town Council will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at Leland Fire Station 51, located at 1984 Popular St, Leland, NC to consider the text amendment described as follows: To amend Chapter 30 of the Town of Leland Code of Or-dinances to update civic space types, definitions, public and private frontage allowances, heritage tree adjustments, glazing re-quirements, building footprint allowances, and other organizational adjustments. The Public is encouraged to attend and participate in the public hearing. Written comments may be received up to 24 hours prior to the public hearing date.
